If you have been with Newoldstamp since the beginning, you are likely still using our old editor.
Since 2023, we have discontinued enhancements and technical support for Newoldstamp's old editor and introduced a new one.
To start using our new editor, follow these steps:
Step 1. Open your signature manager and click Add department button to create a new department.
Step 2. Enter a department name and click Add button.
Step 3. Click Create master button to create a master signature, then Save it to your dashboard. You can also follow our guide on how to create a master signature.
Step 4. Create individual signatures based on the master signature, using a CSV file or inviting users to create their signatures.
Step 5. Share the signatures with your team so they can reinstall them.
