Step 1. Copy Your Signature.
After creating your email signature, click the Save and Install button under the signature preview.
1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.
1.2. Select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients and click Copy signature button.
Step 2. Add Your Signature to the New Outlook 365 app on Windows.
2.1. Open Outlook on a Windows PC or laptop and click the New Email button in the top-left-hand corner.
2.2. Next, click the Signature button and select Signatures in the dropdown menu:
2.3. Then, create a New Signature and give it a name.
2.4. Paste the copied signature using the keyboard combination CTRL + V to Signatures Settings.
2.5. Select your signature for all New Messages or Replies/Forwards by default.
Note: If you wish to avoid having your signature appear in new messages or replies/forwards, choose (none).
2.6. Click Save to save your new signature and return to your message.
Note: Outlook doesn't add your new signature to the message you opened, even if you choose to apply the signature to all new messages. You'll have to add the signature to this one message manually. All future messages will have the signature added automatically. To add the signature manually, select Signatures from the Message menu and then pick the signature you just created.
Step 3. Finalize and Test.
Compose a new email from your Outlook 365 with New View inbox to see your branded and professional email signature in action.
