Note: The add-in is supported in the Outlook app on Android and iOS starting in version 4.23.52.0. You must also have a Microsoft 365 subscription to run this feature.
We are excited to let you know that we have deployed a new version, 2.1, of our add-in that works in the Outlook app on iOS and Android OS and is available for beta testing.
To enable support for Outlook mobile apps, please follow these steps:
Step 1. Manually download the Newoldstamp manifest file.
Open this page to download a new manifest file (version 2.1): https://gitlab.com/new_old_stamp/office-addins/-/blob/main/public/manifest.xml?ref_type=heads
On the right-hand side of the page, click the Download button.
Step 2. Add a manifest file to your Microsoft 365 admin center to update your add-in.
Open the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Settings, Integrated apps, and the Add-ins page.
Click the deployed Newoldstamp add-in, then click Update add-in.
Select "I have the manifest file on this device", choose file, and click Update the add-in.
Note: Microsoft 365 can take up to 48 hours to process Outlook add-ins, and you may need to relaunch the Outlook app.
Step 3. Check your signatures in action on your mobile phone
After up to 48 hours, open your Outlook app on your mobile phone and enjoy your signature.
Note: If you want to enable signature support in Outlook on your mobiles but still have the old add-in version 1.8, please go to the admin center and delete it immediately after downloading the new app.
To remove an old app, please go to Microsoft 365 admin center > Settings > Integrated apps > Deployed apps > Add-ins > find and remove the old add-in.
