After creating your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com, follow these steps to install it on your iPhone/iPad:
Step 1: Select the Signature and add it to your device.
For iOS versions lower than 17.4.1:
Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list. Look for the Share signature button (it's shaped like an arrow).
Next, fill in the form with your email address, then click Send.
Open the email on your iPhone/iPad using the Mail app. Once opened, tap the Get your signature button to view it on a web browser, preferably Safari.
Tap on the iPhone/iPad icon in the list of email clients and use the Copy signature button to get your signature ready for use.
Go to iPhone/iPad Settings > Mail > Signature. In the signature box, tap and hold, then select Paste to add your copied signature.
Physically shake your phone, select "Undo", and close the settings.
For iOS version 17.4.1:
Due to changes in the copy-and-paste settings made by Apple, signature images may display as a blue checkmark in the Mail app. To solve this:
Install your signature to Apple Mail on your Mac following our detailed guide for Apple Mail;
Send yourself an email with a signature to your iPhone/iPad;
Open your email with the signature in your Mail app on your iPhone/iPad;
Tap on any text element of the signature, choose the Select All option, and then click Copy;
Navigate to the Settings app -> Mail -> Signature and paste the signature.
In the Signature setting, please paste the signature and physically shake your phone/iPad so that the "Undo Change Attributes" option appears -> select Undo.
Step 2: Finalize and Test.
Close the signature settings window and compose a new email in the Mail app to see your branded and professional email signature in action.
Congratulations! You have successfully installed your new signature, and it will now appear in every email you send with Apple Mail on your iPhone/iPad.
