Note: Please make sure you use either Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.

After creating your email signature on, click Save to dashboard and follow these brief instructions for LionDesk CRM.

Step 1. Copy Your Signature.

1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.

1.2. Then, go to the HTML tab on the signature preview page.

1.3. Click Copy code to copy your signature code to сlipboard.

Step 2. Add Your Signature to LionDesk CRM.

2.1. Open LionDesk. Then, click on your Profile icon from the top right of your screen and select Profile.

2.2. In the Email Signature section, click Edit.

2.3. Click inside your signature field, and a toolbar will open above with a range of buttons. From the top left, click Source button.

2.4. Paste your copied email signature source code into the window and click OK.

Note: Your email signature will appear in the box, likely with borders around it. Please ignore these; they're just the table and cells being outlined and will not show when your email is sent.

2.5. Next, click Save signature button to save your signature.

Step 3. Finalize and Test.

Compose a new message from your LionDesk CRM inbox to see your branded and professional email signature in action.​
