Installation Guide for Roundcube

Note: Please make sure you use either Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.

​After creating your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com, click Save to dashboard and follow these brief instructions for Roundcube.

Step 1. Copy Your Signature.

1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.

1.2. Then, go to the HTML tab on the signature preview page.

1.3. Click Copy code to copy your signature code to сlipboard.

Step 2. Add Your Signature to Roundcube.

2.1. Open the Roundcube webmail client and log in using your full email address and password (not your cPanel username and password). For example:
username@domain.com

2.2. After logging in, you'll see three webmail options. Confirm that the correct email account has been entered by checking the upper-right corner.

2.3. Click on Settings in the top right-hand corner, then click on Identities.

Note: There is usually a default identity is already in place, but you can create a new one by clicking on the plus sign at the bottom of the identities column. If you are creating a new identity, fill in the information for that identity and make sure it's correct.

2.4. Next, click on HTML Signature to add the HTML toolbar in the Signature input field.

2.5. Then click on HTML in the toolbar of the editor and then add your HTML source code.

2.6. Click on Update to save your HTML code.

2.7. Preview your HTML signature and ensure it appears the way you want it, then click Save to save your signature.

Step 3. Finalize and Test.

Compose a new message from your Roundcube inbox to see your branded and professional email signature in action.​
