Create your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com and follow these simple steps to install it in Thunderbird.
Step 1.

Or if you have saved your signature priorly, hover over your signature on the dashboard and click Use button.
Step 2.
Select HTML tab on the signature preview page.
Step 3.
Click Copy code to copy your signature code to сlipboard. Or, alternatively, download a file with HTML code.
Step 4.
Then open your Thunderbird App on your computer. Click Menu icon in the top-right hand corner, hover over the Options in the menu, and select the Account Settings option.
Step 5.
Put a checkmark next to use HTML option and paste the signature into the Signature text field.
Alternatively, select the Attach the signature from a file instead and click Choose. Select the HTML file downloaded from NEWOLDSTAMP and confirm the changes.
Step 6.
Save the changes and compose a new message to see your unique signature in action.
Important note: When you compose a new message, it has many red lines around the layout of the signature. Thunderbird adds red borders to show you HTML tables and cells on which the signature was constructed. The Table itself does not have any pixel border size, so this means you would not see the construction of the Table. However, those are not part of the HTML and won't appear in the sent/received message.
Congratulations! Now you will see your new signature in every email you send with Thunderbird.
