Note: Please make sure to use either Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.

After creating your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com, click Save to dashboard and follow these brief instructions for Thunderbird.

Step 1. Copy Your Signature.

1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.

1.2. Then, go to the HTML tab on the signature preview page.

1.3. Click Copy code to copy your signature code to сlipboard.
Alternatively, download a file with HTML code.

Step 2. Add Your Signature to Thunderbird.

2.1. Open your Thunderbird app. Next, in the top-right-hand corner, find and click
Menu > Settings > Account Settings.

2.2. Put a checkmark next to use the HTML option and paste the signature into the Signature text field.

Note: Alternatively, select the Attach the signature from a file instead and click Choose. Select the HTML file downloaded from NEWOLDSTAMP and confirm the changes.

Step 3. Finalize and Test.

Compose a new message from your Thunderbird inbox to see your branded and professional email signature in action.

Important note: When you create a new message in Thunderbird, you may notice red lines around the signature's layout. These indicate HTML tables and cells on which the signature was constructed. Although the table has no pixel border size, you won't be able to see the table's construction. These red borders are not part of the HTML and won't appear in the sent or received message.
