Note: Make sure you are using Firefox during the installation process.
If you don’t already have it installed, you can install it here.
Create your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com and follow these simple steps to install it in GoDaddy Webmail.
Step 1.
After you finish creating your email signature, click Save and Install button under the signature preview.
Or if you have saved your signature priorly, hover over your signature on the dashboard and click Use button.
Step 2.
Select HTML tab on the signature preview page.
Step 3.
Click Copy code to copy your signature code to сlipboard.
Step 4.
In your GoDaddy account - With the Email tab open, select Compose.
Step 5.
Select Rich Text from just above the email body then paste your email signature into the email body (Ctrl + V).
Now that your signature has been pasted and it is displaying correctly you want to select the Save icon at the top left of the window, then select Save as Template.
Step 6.
Enter a name for your new signature template.
Note: The name of your business is a good idea if you have multiple businesses and multiple email signatures, as you will be regularly using this.
Step 7.
Your signature is now installed as an email template that is ready for use. To send an email with your signature installed simply select Templates then click on your saved template and type your email.
Congratulations! Now you will see your new email signature in every email you send with GoDaddy Webmail.
