Note: Make sure you are using either Google Chrome or Firefox during the installation process.
Create your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com and follow these simple steps to install it into Postbox.
Step 1.
After you finish creating your email signature, click Save and Install button under the signature preview:
Or if you have saved your signature priorly, hover over your signature on the dashboard and click Use button.
Step 2.
There are 2 ways you can copy an HTML signature from Newoldstamp.
2.1. Select the Gmail icon in the list of email clients.
2.2. Select HTML tab on the signature preview page.
Step 3.
3.1. Under the Signature preview click the Copy signature button, which will save the signature code in the clipboard.
3.2. Click Copy code to copy your signature code to сlipboard.
Step 4.
Open Postbox Inbox and select Tools from your top menu, then pull-down to Options.
Step 5.
A new window will open up with your Options. Under your Accounts tab, select Identity, then click the Edit button next to your signature.
Note: If you have multiple email accounts set up, make sure that you are working with the email account that you want to apply the signature to.
Step 6.
Give your signature a name.
Step 7.
7.1. Then click inside the signature field below. Press Ctrl + V to paste email your HTML email signature
or
7.2. Click </> button in the Signature editor
then press Ctrl + V to paste the source code of your HML email signature copied as described in step Step 3.2.
Step 8.
And hit OK twice to go back to your Postbox main screen.
Step 9.
Voila! Your new email signature is now installed. Please test it out by composing a new email to make sure it looks correct.
