Install your signature in Postbox

Note: Please make sure you use either Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.

After creating your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com, click Save to dashboard and follow these brief instructions for Postbox.

Step 1. Copy Your Signature.

1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.

1.2. Then, go to the HTML tab on the signature preview page.

1.3. Click Copy code to copy your signature code to сlipboard.

Step 2. Add Your Signature to Postbox.

2.1. Open Postbox Inbox and select Tools from your top menu, then pull down to Options.

2.2. Under the Accounts tab, select Identity, then click the Edit button next to the Signature.

Note: If you have multiple email accounts set up, make sure that you are working with the email account to which you want to apply the signature.

2.3. Give your signature a name.

2.4. Click </> button and paste the copied source code to the edit box (Ctrl + V on Windows or Command + V on Mac).

2.5. Click OK twice to go back to your Postbox main screen.

Step 3. Finalize and Test.

Now, go to the Main Menu > File > New > Message to create a new email from your Postbox to see your branded and professional email signature in action.
