Note: Make sure you are using either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox during the installation process.

Gmail lets you create and use multiple signatures in your email.

For example, you can add one signature with all the necessary contact information for new emails:

And the second signature, more simple, for reply/forward emails:

Step 1. Add multiple signatures to Gmail Signature settings.

Open your Gmail > click Settings (Gear icon) > click See all settings > General tab > Signature settings.

Then, click on Create New. Paste the signature into the signature box using either Right Click then Paste or CTRL + V shortcut.

Optional: Check the box to β€œInsert the signature before the quoted text”.

Note: If you want your signature to show up automatically every time you compose a new message, select your signature from the drop-down menu in Signature defaults. You can have different signatures for new emails and replies/forwards.

Step 2. Switch between your multiple signatures in Gmail.

To change your email signature while you write an email, click Insert signature (Pen icon).

Now you can repeat this procedure as many times as you need. Once all your signatures have been prepared, you will be able to select one of them each time you compose a new email message.
