How to install a signature in Pipedrive CRM?

Learn how to benefit from using your professional signature in Pipedrive CRM

Note: Please make sure you use either Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.

​After creating your email signature on, click Save to dashboard and follow these brief instructions for Pipedrive CRM.

Step 1. Copy Your Signature.

1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.

1.2. Below the Signature preview, click the Copy signature button to save the signature code in the clipboard.

Step 2. Add Your Signature to Pipedrive.

2.1. Open your Pipedrive CRM, go to the Mail menu, then click Compose email:

2.2. Click Signature button in the bottom right corner of the composing window.

2.3. Paste the signature into the placeholder (Ctrl + V on Windows or Command + V on Mac), and click Save.

Step 3. Finalize and Test.

Compose a new message from the Pepidrive to see your branded and professional email signature in action.

Note: If your signature loses its formatting during installation, please contact Pipedrive support for assistance.
