Note: Please make sure you have the latest version of iOS 15.8 and Gmail app - 6.0.231127 on your iPhone/iPad.

After creating your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com, follow these steps to install it in the Gmail app on your iPhone/iPad:

Step 1. Set up your email signature in your web-based Gmail.

1.1. First, you will need to set up your email signature in your web-based version of Gmail. Once set up in your web-based version, your Gmail app on iPhone/iPad will also automatically use the email signature. Follow our instructions for setting up your HTML email signature in your web-based Gmail here.

1.2. Wait a minute for the web-based Gmail server to sync with your mobile device's Gmail App. Your email signature will automatically be added to your email messages sent from your iPhone/iPad if you use the Gmail App on iOS 10.

Step 2. Turn off the default mobile signature in Gmail app settings.

If you have previously included a Mobile Signature in the options in the Gmail App itself, you need to turn it off. Please follow these steps:

2.1. Open the Gmail app on your iPhone/iPad and select your mail account.

2.2. Then go to the Main Menu.

2.3. Scroll down to the Settings.

2.4. Scroll down to the Signature Settings.

2.5. Turn OFF a Mobile signature and click Done.

Step 3. Compose a new message in the Gmail app on iPhone/iPad.

Now, click Compose button to create a new message, and your email signature will be automatically added to your mail.
