Note: Please make sure you use either Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.
After creating your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com, click Save to dashboard and follow these brief instructions for Polymail.
Step 1. Copy Your Signature.
1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.
1.2. Below the Signature preview, click the Copy signature button to save the signature code in the clipboard.
Step 2. Add Your Signature to Polymail.
2.1. Start by going to your Settings on the Polymail Web or Desktop app.
2.2. Go to Accounts on the left side of your screen and click the email address you want to create or edit your signature for.
2.3. Remove the default signature from the signature box and paste the copied signature from Newoldstamp to the signature box.
2.4. Turn on the "Send new messages from this account" option and click Save button.
Step 3. Finalize and Test.
Compose a new email from your Polymai inbox to see your branded and professional email signature in action.
