How to install a signature in Outlook.com?

Install, save, and use the signature in Outlook.com

Note: Please make sure you use either Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.

After creating your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com, click Save to dashboard and follow these brief instructions for Outlook.com.

Step 1. Copy Your Signature.

1.1. Hover over the particular signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.


1.2. Next, select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients.

1.3. Below the Signature preview, click the Copy signature button to save the signature code in the clipboard.

Step 2. Add Your Signature to Outlook.com.

2.1. Open your Outlook on the web browser and click Settings (the gear icon) at the top right of your inbox.

2.2. Access the Mail tab, then go to Compose and reply and paste your signature to the edit signature box with the keyboard combination CTRL + V (for Windows) or Cmd + V (for Mac).

​2.3. Save the changes and close the settings window.

Note: Select default signatures under the signature box to ensure your signature will show up in your new messages or replies/forwards, and choose to compose messages in HTML.

Step 3. Finalize and Test.

From your Outlook.com inbox, compose a new email to see your branded and professional email signature in action.
