Note: Make sure you are using either Google Chrome or Firefox during the installation process.
Create your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com and follow these simple steps to install it in Gmail.
After you finish creating your email signature, click “Save and Install” button under the signature preview:
Or if you have saved your signature priorly, hover over your signature on the dashboard and click “Install” button. Choose the way you want to install the signature on the pop-up window:
Select the Gmail icon in the list of email clients.
Scroll down the Signature Preview and Click the “Copy and Proceed” button, which will save the signature code in the clipboard.
Open the Gmail mailbox. Look at the top right corner of the Gmail page and click a Nut Icon and select the Settings option in the dropdown menu.
Scroll down until you see the Signature settings. Paste the signature into the signature box using either Right Click then Paste or CTRL + V shortcut.
Optional: Check the box to “Insert the signature before quoted text”
Choose which account you want to use the signature for and Save the changes.
Compose a New Email to see your new email signature in action.
Congratulations! Now you will see your new signature in every email you send with Gmail.
