Note: Make sure you are using either Google Chrome or Firefox during the installation process.
Create your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com and follow these simple steps to install it in Outlook.
Step 1.
After you finish creating your email signature, click the “Save and Install” button under the signature preview:
Or, if you have saved your signature priorly, hover over your signature on the dashboard and click the “Use” button.
Step 2.
Select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients.
Step 3.
Under the Signature preview click the Copy signature button, which will save the signature code in the clipboard.
Step 4.
Then open the Outlook application on your computer. Click a “New Email” button in the top left-hand corner.
Go to Message Tab and click on Signature, then click Edit Signatures.
Step 5.
Create a new signature by clicking a “+” button.
Step 6.
Paste your signature into the Edit Signature box (Control+Click or Command+V).
Click the Clipboard that popped up at the bottom of the pasted signature and select the “Keep Source Formatting” option.
Step 7.
Give the signature a name and save the changes.
Step 8.
Go back to the Signature -> Edit signatures in order to set the signature as the default one for new messages and reply/forwards.
Step 9.
Compose a New Email to see your new email signature.
Congratulations! Now you will see your new signature in every email you send with Outlook for Mac.
