How to install a signature in Outlook on Mac?

Note: Please make sure you use either Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.

Once you have created your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com, click Save to dashboard button. You can watch the video tutorial on how to install it in Outlook on Mac:

Or follow the step-by-step instructions provided below:

Step 1. Copy Your Signature.

1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.

1.2. Next, select the Outlook icon in the list of email clients.

1.3. Under the Signature preview, click the Copy signature button to save the signature code in the clipboard.

Step 2. Add Your Signature to Outlook Settings.

2.1. Open Outlook on your Mac, then click New Email button in the top left-hand corner.

โ€‹2.2. Go to the Message > Signature > Edit Signatures.

2.3. Create a new signature by clicking "+" (plus button) and paste your signature into the Edit Signature box (or keyboard shortcut Command+V).

2.4. Next, click the Clipboard at the bottom of the pasted signature and select the "Keep Source Formatting" option.

Note: The Keep Source Formatting option keeps all the original formatting and images designed in Newoldstamp.

2.5. Give your signature a name and save the changes.

2.6. Next, return to the Signature, then click Edit signatures to set the signature as the default one for New messages and Replies/Forwards.

Step 3. Finalize and Test.

From your Outlook Inbox, you'll need to compose a new email in the app to see your branded and professional email signature in action.
