Note: Please make sure you use either Google Chrome or Firefox during installation.

Once you have created your email signature on NEWOLDSTAMP.com, click Save to dashboard button. You can watch the video tutorial on how to install it in Gmail:

Or follow the step-by-step instructions provided below:

Step 1. Copy Your Signature.

1.1. Hover over the signature you want to install in the Signature list and click Use button.

1.2. Select the Gmail icon in the list of email clients.

1.3. Below the Signature preview, click the Copy signature button to save the signature code in the clipboard.

Step 2. Add Your Signature to Gmail Settings.

2.1. Open the Gmail mailbox, click Settings (gear icon) at the top right corner of the Gmail page, and click the See all settings button.

2.2. Scroll down to the Signature section on General tab, then click + Create New button.

2.3. Paste the signature into the signature box using Right-Click, then Paste or CTRL + V shortcut.

Optional: You can also check the box to "Insert the signature before the quoted text".

Note: If you want your signature to appear when you compose a new message, select your signature from the drop-down menu in Signature defaults. You can have different signatures for new emails and replies/forwards.

2.4. Once your Gmail signature is ready, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.

Step 3. Finalize and Test.

From your Gmail Inbox, compose a new email in the app to see your branded and professional email signature in action.

Note: If you have a few signatures in the Gmail settings, you can use the Insert signature option (Pen icon) to select different Gmail email signatures depending on the situation.

Note: If you have the Plain text mode enabled in Gmail's message composer, you will not be able to use email signatures with images, social media icons, or hyperlinks. So, to turn off the Plain Text mode, click More option (three dots) and deselect the Plain Text mode option. You may need to wait a few seconds for the changes to apply. You may also need to reload your signature if it has already been changed to the Plain Text format.
